Before checking out, please start the dishwasher with your final dishes and drop off most of your trash at the designated disposal stations outside. Negligent or excessive mess may result in an extra cleaning fee of €50 to €100. • Energy & AC: Please help us be eco-friendly by turning off the lights and the AC when you leave the apartment for the day. (Note: The AC system will automatically stop working if windows or balcony doors are left open). • Keys & Remotes: Please take good care of the keys and garage remotes during your stay. Because these require special ordering and programming, a replacement fee applies if lost are €50 for an apartment key and €75 for a garage remote. • Security & Energy: Higuerón is a 24/7 secured resort. Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave. To help us stay eco-friendly, please turn off the lights and the AC when you go out.
