Loud music or noise complaints may result in a €300 penalty and immediate eviction. • No Smoking & No Pets: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment and on the terrace (violation results in a €250 deep-cleaning fee). Pets are not allowed unless specifically agreed upon in writing before arrival. • Plunge Pool & Pool Safety: Please take a quick shower before using your private plunge pool to maintain water quality. For safety reasons, glass or bottles are strictly forbidden in the plunge pool or by the communal pool area. • Departure & Cleanliness: We take pride in keeping our suite pristine and kindly ask that you keep it tidy. Before checking out, please start the dishwasher with your final dishes and drop off most of your trash at the designated disposal stations outside. Negligent or excessive mess may result in an extra cleaning fee of €50 to €100. • Energy & AC: Please help us be eco-friendly by turning off the lights and the AC when you leave the apartment for the day. (Note: The AC system will automatically stop working if windows or balcony doors are left open). • Keys & Remotes: Please take good care of the keys and garage remotes during your stay.
