WELCOME TO PENINSULA HIGUERON This spacious 115 square meter apartment offers a perfect blend of modern Scandinavian design and comfort. With high end furniture and an airy atmosphere, it provides a relaxing home base high above the coast. The highlight of the property is the large 70 square meter terrace, fully equipped with outdoor furniture and a BBQ, making it ideal for long evenings under the stars. THE INTERIOR The apartment features three generous bedrooms, all fitted with high quality Norwegian beds to ensure a great night sleep. The master bedroom includes a private en suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a second modern bathroom. In the open plan living area, you will find a comfortable lounge with a TV and a Bluetooth speaker for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, including modern appliances and a dedicated wine cooler to keep your drinks at the perfect temperature. COMFORT AND AMENITIES For your convenience, the apartment has individually operated air conditioning and heating in every room, ensuring a pleasant temperature year round. As a guest in the Peninsula complex, you also have full access to the beautiful communal swimming pool area. LOCATION AND ACCESS The property is located in the prestigious Reserva del Higueron. You can walk down to the Carvajal beach and train station in about 10 to 15 minutes. Please be aware that the walk back is quite steep, but the local shuttle bus stops nearby and can take you around the resort and down to the beach. Private parking is also available. HOUSE RULES To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, smoking and parties are not allowed in the apartment or on the terrace. Negligent or excessive mess may result in an extra cleaning fee of €50 to €100. • Energy & AC: Please help us be eco-friendly by turning off the lights and the AC when you leave the apartment for the day. (Note: The AC system will automatically stop working if windows or balcony doors are left open). • Keys & Remotes: Please take good care of the keys and garage remotes during your stay.
